HOW TO FIND YOUR SIZE

Option 1: Buy your normal size! Our sizes are very similar to many popular brands. If you would normally wear, say a Medium, then purchase a Medium! If you normally wear a Large for example, then get our Large as well! Go with the size you're already comfortable with!

Returns & EXCHANGES

As a small company we work very hard to make your order perfect, though sometimes it might take a second attempt!

If your order doesn't go as expected, we can make it right the second time! Often just a change in size or colour or style can fix it!

We understand some customers like to order multiple items to decide what to keep. We offer free shipping and easy returns. For multiple returned items we require a $9.90 per return shipment and a repacking fee of $5.00 per item.

We understand some customers like to try on and see an item to decide whether it's right for them and then exchange it, and change their mind again. We Do Not accept multiple returns from a single order. In some cases we offer Store Credit (-Shipping and handling fees $24.90). You can request your return label HERE (use the order number from your exchanged item).

Yes, there is a 10% cancellation fee, as we have already been charged for the transaction costs.

We do not offer a label service for international returns. Please return the shirt through your local postal service at your own expense. Please contact us via web chat.

You may return any item with a discount of up to 49% off for an exchange or store credit. Items with a discount of up to 20% off are eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Products with a discount of 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For more details, please refer to the 'Special Event Sale' section below.

We use AusPost for our shipping from Australia. Once in your country it will be carried & delivered by your country post. Ie, USPS for USA.

  1. Delivery Times:
    We aim to dispatch your order promptly, and the estimated delivery times provided in previous Questions. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding.
  2. Shipping Costs:
    See previous Question. Any applicable taxes or duties will also be reflected in the total order cost.
  3. Order Tracking:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
  4. Shipping Partners:
    We collaborate with trusted shipping partners to ensure the reliable and timely delivery of your order. However, please note that we are not responsible for any external factors that may impact the shipping process.
  5. Address Accuracy:
    Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  6. Delivery Confirmation:
    Your order will be considered delivered when the carrier's tracking system indicates successful delivery to the address provided. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  7. Liability Disclaimer:
    CAMIXA will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer if the product is not delivered within the timeframes listed above. Once your order has been dispatched, CAMIXA is not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier/delivery company to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. While we will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, we will not provide a replacement or refund in such cases.
  8. Return to Sender (RTS):
    In case of RTS, the customer is responsible for any fees and/or re-shipping costs associated with the return.

COMPLIMENTARY GIFTS OFFERED WITH PURCHASE

On occasion, we extend an offer of a complimentary gift with a qualifying purchase. The terms and conditions of this promotion can be found on our "All Women's" webpage, in the gifted product page/category or in the specific ad of the promo.

Please note that these complimentary gifts are provided solely with the purchase of an eligible amount, as specified on the webpage and in promotional materials, and are available while supplies last. We may modify the displayed item's colour depending on our stock availability.

It is important to emphasise that complimentary gifts are exclusively available when purchasing full-priced items and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. We retain the right to withhold the gift in the event that system-generated discounts are observed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the complimentary gift is added to their cart during the checkout process. Failure to include the gift during the initial purchase will not result in a secondary shipment.

Returns of Complimentary Gifts
Please be aware that we do not accept exchanges for complimentary items. The gift is provided free of charge when included with other eligible purchases as specified in the promotion. If a customer seeks to exchange an item of equal value, the complimentary gift remains theirs to keep. However, in the case of a return for a refund, the customer has the option to return the gift or purchase it at the full retail price. Any shipping costs related to gift exchanges, along with a $5 repacking fee, are the responsibility of the customer.

Discount codes

  • Cannot be applied to previously placed orders
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, unless otherwise specified on the Discount Code
  • Are not transferrable (unless otherwise specified on the Discount Code) or redeemable for cash or credit
  • Must be entered prior to completing your order.
  • Modify the terms of, cancel or restrict the use of Discount Codes at any time for whatever reason
  • Exclude certain Products from Discount Codes

Camixa Reviews Gift Vouchers

  1. Eligibility: The Camixa Gift Voucher ("Voucher") is awarded to one customer drawn at random each month, following the submission of a review. Only individuals who have purchased and reviewed Camixa products are eligible for participation.
  2. Value: Each Voucher holds a value of $200 AUD and can be redeemed for Camixa products only.
  3. Validity Period: The Voucher is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance. Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited, and the Voucher will become void.
  4. Redemption: The Voucher can only be redeemed for purchases of Camixa products through the Camixa website www.camixa.com.au. It cannot be redeemed for cash or used towards the purchase of gift cards.
  5. Refunds and Exchanges: Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the Voucher balance.
  6. Transferability: The Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be resold. It is intended for the personal use of the recipient only.
  7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Camixa shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen Voucher. It is the responsibility of the Voucher holder to safeguard the Voucher code and treat it as they would cash.
