Items purchased with a 20% discount are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days, in line with our standard return policy.
Items purchased with a discount from 25% to 49% can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit only.
Items discounted 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Yes! We offer Free Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD and Free Standard Shipping on all New Zealand orders over $150 AUD. Shipping rates for orders below these thresholds remain unchanged during the Sale.
