GETTING YOUR ORDER RIGHT!
As a small company we work very hard to make your order perfect, though sometimes it might take a second attempt!

If your order doesn't go as expected, we can make it right the second time! Often just a change in size or colour or style can fix it! 

Here are a few details if you’re making a return:

We accept returns within a 30-day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions:  Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging; unworn, unwashed with all tags attached. Items that are 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned unless faulty.


RETURNING FOR EXCHANGE?
  • We provide you with a Prepaid Label to help you get the item back to us! The re-sending of the exchanged items will be free of charge. Exchanges are available for Australian orders only.

    RETURNING FOR REFUND?
  • We provide you with a Prepaid Label to help you get the item back to us (Australia only). All Refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment, less the initial shipping fee (if any) + $8.90 per item return shipping / handling fee. Refunds are processed normally within 5-7 days.

    Need to know about returns:

    Q: If I order multiple items, can I return them for a full refund?
    We understand some customers like to order multiple items to decide what to keep. We offer free shipping and easy returns. For multiple returned items we require a repackaging fee of $8.90 per item.

    Q: Can I exchange my item multiple times?
    We understand some customers like to try on and see an item to decide whether it's right for them and then exchange it, and change their mind again. We don't accept multiple returns for the same item from one order. We require a repackaging fee of $8.90 per item per return.

    Q: Can I cancel an order before you ship it?
    Yes, there is a $5.90 cancellation fee per order, as we have already been charged for the transaction costs.

    Q: International returns? Can I get a return label for a non Australian order?
    We do not offer a label service for international returns. Please return the shirt through your local postal service at your own expense. Please contact us via web chat.
