GETTING YOUR ORDER RIGHT!
As a small company we work very hard to make your order perfect, though sometimes it might take a second attempt!
If your order doesn't go as expected, we can make it right the second time! Often just a change in size or colour or style can fix it!
Here are a few details if you’re making a return:
We accept returns within a 30-day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of CAMIXA.
- We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed.
- CAMIXA is not responsible for returns that are not received.
- Items that are 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $10 processing fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges of size, colour or style can be confirmed the at the time of your return.
- Refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment, less the initial shipping fee (if any) + $5.00 per item for handling fees. Refunds are processed normally within 5-7 days.
