GETTING YOUR ORDER RIGHT!
As a small company we work very hard to make your order perfect, though sometimes it might take a second attempt!

If your order doesn't go as expected, we can make it right the second time! Often just a change in size or colour or style can fix it!

Here are a few details if you’re making a return:

We accept returns within a 30-day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions: Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging; unworn, unwashed with all tags attached. Items that are 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned unless faulty.

RETURNING FOR EXCHANGE?

We provide you with a Prepaid Label (Australia only) to help you get the item back to us! The re-sending of the exchanged items will be free of charge. Exchanges are available for Australian orders only.
RETURNING FOR REFUND?

We provide you with a Prepaid Label (Australia only) to help you get the item back to us (Australia only). All Refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment, less the initial shipping fee (if any) + $9.90 per return shipment and $5.00 per item handling and repacking fee. Refunds are processed normally within 5-7 days.
RETURNING FOR CREDIT?
If you wish to return an item for credit, we are happy to assist with no additional charges! Simply return the item in its original condition and packaging, and we will issue a credit code for the value paid for the product/s. We provide you with a Prepaid Label (Australia only)

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?

International orders can be exchanged or returned for a refund. Read more

We do not offer a label service for international returns. Please return the shirt through your local postal service at your own expense. International Exchanges are free (we ship the exchanged shirt to you at no extra cost).

Need to know about returns:

Q: If I order multiple items, can I return them for a full refund?

We understand some customers like to order multiple items to decide what to keep. We offer free shipping and easy returns. For multiple returned items we require a $9.90 per return shipment and a repacking fee of $5.00 per item.

Q: Can I exchange my item multiple times?

We understand some customers like to try on and see an item to decide whether it's right for them and then exchange it, and change their mind again. We Do Not accept multiple returns from a single order. In some cases we offer Store Credit.

Q: I've bought some items and received a Free product that is sold on your website. Do I return the Free item?
The gift is free when purchased together with other items (as per promo). If you make a return for an exchange of the same value, the free gift is yours to keep. If you make a return for a refund, you can either return the gift or purchase it at full price. Shipping costs for gift exchange is at you own expense.

Q: Can I cancel an order before you ship it?

Yes, there is a 10% cancellation fee, as we have already been charged for the transaction costs.

Q: International returns? Can I get a return label for a non Australian order?

We do not offer a label service for international returns. Please return the shirt through your local postal service at your own expense. Please contact us via email or chat.

Q: Can i return an item bough on Sale or discounted?
You may return any item with a discount of up to 49% off for an exchange or store credit. Items with a discount of up to 20% off are eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Products with a discount of 50% or more are considered final sale and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. For more details, please refer to the 'Special Event Sale' on our Help page.
